En Allemagne, leur nombre ne cesse d&rsquo;augmenter. D\u00e8s lors, une question se pose\u00a0: <strong>un po\u00eale \u00e0 bois ou une chemin\u00e9e est-il compatible avec mon mode de vie\u00a0?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Les constructeurs et propri\u00e9taires de <strong>maisons passives ou basse consommation craignent souvent qu&rsquo;une chemin\u00e9e ou un po\u00eale<\/strong> \u00e0 bois ne provoque une surchauffe des pi\u00e8ces \u00e0 vivre ou ne compromette l&rsquo;\u00e9tanch\u00e9it\u00e9 de la maison.<\/p>\n<p>Pour ces types d&rsquo;habitations, il existe des po\u00eales et des chemin\u00e9es sp\u00e9cialement con\u00e7us qui permettent de profiter d&rsquo;un feu chaleureux, m\u00eame dans ces espaces de vie.<\/p>\n<p>Explication\u00a0:<\/p>\n<p>Dans les maisons passives et basse consommation, les chemin\u00e9es et les po\u00eales doivent f<strong>onctionner ind\u00e9pendamment<\/strong> de l&rsquo;arriv\u00e9e d&rsquo;air. L&rsquo;air de combustion n\u00e9cessaire ne doit pas provenir de la pi\u00e8ce, <strong>mais de l&rsquo;ext\u00e9rieur<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>Du fait de leur construction \u00e9tanche, une d\u00e9pression dangereuse peut se cr\u00e9er en quelques minutes dans le b\u00e2timent. Cela peut entra\u00eener la p\u00e9n\u00e9tration de gaz de combustion dans les pi\u00e8ces \u00e0 vivre. Ce probl\u00e8me peut \u00eatre \u00e9vit\u00e9 gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 l&rsquo;installation d&rsquo;un dispositif de s\u00e9curit\u00e9 tel qu&rsquo;un pressostat. Ce dispositif d\u00e9tecte la d\u00e9pression dans le b\u00e2timent et peut couper le syst\u00e8me de ventilation, permettant ainsi une \u00e9galisation imm\u00e9diate de la pression et \u00e9liminant tout danger.<\/p>\n<p>Pour ce faire, tous les po\u00eales et chemin\u00e9es doivent \u00eatre con\u00e7us pour \u00eatre \u00e9tanches \u00e0 l&rsquo;air. Cette \u00e9tanch\u00e9it\u00e9 est obtenue soit par des clapets externes r\u00e9gulant l&rsquo;arriv\u00e9e d&rsquo;air de combustion et l&rsquo;\u00e9vacuation des gaz de combustion, soit par le choix d&rsquo;un po\u00eale ou d&rsquo;un insert certifi\u00e9 DIBt.<\/p>\n<p>Avec les po\u00eales ou inserts certifi\u00e9s DIBt, les clapets externes et le pressostat ne sont pas
