The Clementino, the smallest of Clementi’s pizza ovens, is available in wood-burning and, starting in 2021, also in gas! This makes it ideal for balconies or patios.

Clementi pizza ovens feature an advanced, patented air circulation system. The air supply on the inner wall of the wood-burning oven, combined with the fire screen, makes lighting the fire very easy and user-friendly. This ensures optimal distribution of the fire and, consequently, the heat within the oven. This is the only pizza oven where the oxygen supply isn’t solely through the door opening, but also via a vent at the bottom of the oven. This oxygen supply enters the oven on the left side inside! This makes lighting the oven a breeze.
It’s the only pizza oven you can light with the door closed!
The Clementi pizza oven is exceptionally well insulated. The dome is lined with an 8 cm thick insulating layer. Beneath the baking section, made of 3 cm thick fireclay bricks, lies a ceramic plate of insulating fibers, followed by another 3 cm thick insulating mat. This insulation, combined with the Air Plus system, ensures a rapid preheating time of just 15–20 minutes to bake your pizza.
