Solid construction of powder-coated steel combined with stainless steel. The Family pizza oven is available in sizes 60×60, 80×60, and 100×80. Using a wood fire, the oven reaches a temperature of 400°C in 15-20 minutes. The patented AIR PLUS system ensures optimal heat distribution. Made in Italy.
Clementi pizza ovens feature an advanced, patented air circulation system. The air intake on the inner wall of the wood-fired oven, combined with the fire screen, makes lighting the fire very easy and user-friendly. This creates optimal distribution of the fire and thus the heat within the oven. This is the only pizza oven where the oxygen supply is not solely through the door opening, but also through a vent at the bottom of the oven. This oxygen supply enters the oven on the left side inside! Lighting this oven is simply a pleasure.
It’s the only pizza oven you can fire up with the door closed!
The Clementi pizza oven is exceptionally well insulated. The dome is lined with an 8 cm thick insulating layer. Beneath the baking section, made of 3 cm thick fireclay bricks, lies a ceramic plate of insulating fibers, followed by another 3 cm thick insulating mat. This insulation, combined with the Air Plus system, ensures a rapid preheating time of just 15–20 minutes to bake your pizza.
